How Pluto in Aquarius will disrupt the Institution-Society Axis

So here’s the thing. Many astrologers refer to Pluto transits as generational. This is true; Pluto’s movement through a sign is a bit wonky and takes years. But let’s dissect what this really means apart from a wider-world stage. I want to point out that my observations are from an intuitive perspective as well as from a worldly one based on actual experiences over the dwarf planet’s last moments in Capricorn. In today’s article, we will think of Pluto’s transit into Aquarius a bit more linearly than most. To understand Pluto moving into Aquarius, the sign of philanthropy and science, I think people need to pay close attention to enterprises and large corporations, and just how successful their campaigns are moving forward. And I say this because Capricorn rules hierarchies, rules, boundaries, restrictions, and large enterprises. Capricorn is “you do your job I do mine.” Capricorn is “I’m CEO, you’re the janitor”. However, with Pluto’s transit into Aquarius, the janitor works his way up to become the CEO. Expect moves of collective innovation and intelligence to be supported well. Any entity working outside of that aquarian cadence will not be sustained nor will their campaigns, projects, or initiatives thereof. The thing is, everyone wants to be a part of the Aquarian clique. It is an influential network, tribe, (or even gangs) of support that is rooted in humanitarianism and forward advancement. See tech giants attempting to make their way into the (very Aquarian) AI space.Let’s put this transit into a working context: During Pluto’s transit into the final degrees of Capricorn, around late June of 2024, I had been overseeing the messaging strategy for a new AI software hosted by your (least) favorite infotech company. Let’s call them “KP.” KP wanted to integrate AI into their PC systems for a line of AI-enabled PCs. This concept would’ve been relatively new to the market at the time, and it truly was a great concept. However, KP’s strategy, be it against my advice, was to replicate an AI interface launched by who we will call “MikoSoft”. This was not sustainable. The direction from leadership was to just “build off of what already works”, with no real push for a unique identity that supports true accessibility in the generative AI space. I virtually begged for leadership to consider a less elementary approach. But the directions were clear: “YOU are just a contract worker. Just do what we ask, your advice is low hanging fruit”. If you are wondering if leadership called my flags “low hanging fruit”…yes, yes they did. On a team of 7, 3 of us felt that this project was trending in the wrong direction. The 3 of us: fired or resigned. The AI project launched, but the success of it is questionable as there has been crickets in relevant markets concerning this product.Capricorn’s conservative, authoritarian ways are being pushed out and disassembled. Pluto is ending this and birthing new avenues for the Aquarian network. What has always worked will work no longer. The focus will be on those with a genuine interest in the collective well-being. This change will be abrupt and sudden. Expect power campaigns by those in leadership as a last ditch effort to save their monarchies. Only those with a true want for mass advancement will survive the surge of Pluto moving into the first 10 degrees of the Water Bearer. Here is what to expect in the first few years based on my interpretation of this transit0–9 Degrees:Companies, peoples, and their campaigns struggling to maintain their seated success that has been established for the past 15 years.
Entities looking to become part of the “new” science & tech spaces.
Entities measuring their influence against emerging power players (and losing if they do not adjust to the aquarian archetype).
Increase in gang activity and global immigration news
“Influencer” replaces “celebrity”
10–19 Degrees:The transfer of wealth and power from established entities to start-ups, new recruits, and young children/descendants will begin. Gen Zers will replace Millennial managers. And Millennials will move up to L1 leadership positions previously heald by Baby Boomers.
PR value is now based in knowledge and influence on social change instead of status
The public is becoming more aware and comfortable with the changes brought on by the new entities in power.
New entities become seated
